"Short wait time, treated respectfully"

Started going here over 2 years ago when my dentist retired. Have had multiple cleanings, a couple cavities fixed/filled, and an implant. I have never had to wait over about 20 minutes, have always been treated respectfully, and they have always communicated to me what work was going to take place. I have not liked going to the dentist since a bad experience happened in my childhood, but since going here, I have hardly even been able to feel the prick from the numbing needle.
